The goal of the tour is to see all twenty of the Olmec heads on one visit. To my knowledge this has never been done before. Few people have actually seen all twenty heads. Runoko Rashidi is one of those few.

The Olmec civilization of Mexico is one of the world’s great civilizations and the parent civilization of the Americas. It is the American equivalent to the Nile Valley civilization of Africa and began four-thousand years ago. At the heart of the Olmec civilization are twenty gigantic stone heads–all of them with African features. On this tour, for the first time in history, we intend to visit all twenty of the heads in the course of one tour. This makes the tour historic. In addition to the heads themselves, all of the major Olmec artifacts in Mexico will be viewed. You will visit the site of the first city in the Americas, the first pyramid in the Americas and the largest pyramid in the Americas. And all of this with the noted historian Runoko Rashidi. This is a tour that you don’t want to miss. I invite you to be a part of history and join a tour that has been years in the making and planning. Mexico is a safe and friendly place and we are going to give you an experience like never before. And, of course, there will be time for shopping and time on your own for you to spend as you like! It is a trip of a lifetime! So come to Mexico with me!

  1. The Olmecs are the first here in the Americas and are of Kemetic origin. The Olmecs statues are a way for them to communicate with Kemioo at home based in Africa.

  2. Great !

  4. Hotep/Jambo Dr. Rashidi. I am Martin Grizzell, an African from America, in Marseille. I have been aware of you and your work for many years. I use your youtube productions to educate my family in America and my African students in Marseille. I am a textile artist, performer, writer whose work is based on our pre-interupted history and would like to meet you the next time you are in Marseille. Please add me to your group. If there is anything I can do to help preserve your work for the generations yet to come. please let me know. I prefer to communicate in depth via email than Facebook, though I have a Facebook account. Looking forward.

  5. Hotep, This seems like a fantastic tour. My question is, upon my research I read that most of the Olmec heads were in Veracruz, Mx. I do not see that city mention in the itinerary. Is that incorrect information. Thanks
