DAILY ITINERARY

Day 1 – Sun. Jan.28, 2018

Depart New York Kennedy airport TERMINAL ONE (1) via Royal Air Maroc flight 201 at 8:00p.m.

 

Day 2 – Mon. January 29, 2018:   Casablanca
(Dinner)

Arrival at Mohammed V airport, Casablanca at 7:45 a.m.

Welcome and assistance by local Tour guide

Transfer to your hotel. Free time till departure for city tour of Casablanca including: United Nations Square, Habous quarter in the Medina, Mohammed V Square, Royal Palace surroundings, residential area of Anfa and Ain Diab cornice, and the great Hassan II Mosque.(optional, with entrance fee.).

Evening: Dinner

Overnight: :  Atlas Almohadescome Hotel

 

Day 3 – Tue. Jan 30,2018:  Casablanca-Rabat-Fez
(Breakfast/Dinner)

Breakfast at hotel.

Departure for Rabat. Arrival and guided sightseeing tour of Rabat, including: Royal palace, Kasbah of the Oudayas, Hassan Tower and Mosque, the splendid Mohammed V Mausoleum. Mechouar.

Lunch in a local restaurant (On our own)

Then continuation for Fez.

En route, a stop at the Roman ruins of Volubilis, visit of the Holy village of Moulay Idriss. Continue to Meknes. Visit to Bab El Mansour, considered the first gateway in Morocco, Moulay Ismail Palace, and the old and new Medina. Continue to Fes.  Check-in at hotel.  Dinner

Overnight:  Ramada Hotel.

 

Day 4 – Wed. Jan. 31 2018:   Fez
(Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, visit the oldest of the Imperial Cities and ancient cultural center of Morocco. The tour includes: medieval Medina, Medersas,(Karaouine,the oldest University in the world),Karouyne Mosque and Nejjarine Fountain.

Moroccan lunch in the ancient palace at the heart of medina.

Overnight: Ramada Hotel Fes.

 

Day 5 – Thur. Feb. 01, 2018:  Fes-Midelt-Erfoud
(Breakfast/dinner)

Breakfast,

Travel to Midelt through the Middle Atlas mountains. Stop in Azrou, famous for its cedar-wood handicrafts. Arrive in Midelt for lunch( on your own)

.Continue to Erfoud through a series of fortified villages

Arrive in Erfoud, check-in at hotel.

Overnight.in hotel:  Le Riad Salam Erfoud

Optional: sunrise Merzouga dunes please arrange this excursion with your guide

 

Day 6 – Fri. Feb. 02, 2018:  Erfoud – Ouarzazate
(Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Departure to Ouarzazate via the “Road of 100 Kasbahs «along the Dades river to the lush oasis of Tineghir, Todra Gorge Lunch restaurant situated at the foot of valley and then

Continue to El Kelaa, famous for its Rose. an rose-water perfume. Ouarzazatelies on a vast desert plateau, gateway to Morocco’s Deep South.

Dinner

Overnight: Inis Hotel; Ouarzazate.

 

Day 7- Sat. Feb. 03, 2018:  Ouarzazate-Ait Ben Haddou- Marrakech
(Breakfast/Dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel, then departure  visit Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah

Lunch (on you own)

In the after noon continue to Marrakech, via the col of Tizi n’tichka.

Dinner :

Overnight: Hotel El Andalous

 

Day 8 –Sun, Feb. 04, 2018:  Marrakech
(Breakfast/Lunch)

Breakfast at the hotel,a guided tour of Marrakech,including:Koutoubia Mosque,Menara lagoon and pavillon,Saadian Tombs and Bahia Palace,souk and Djemaa El Fna Square with its story-tellers and snake – charmers, and the tomb of Emperor Yusef ben-Tachfin. .Morocco lunch at local restaurant in the heart of medina.

Overnight:Hotel El Andalous in Marrakech

 

Day 9 – Mon. Feb. 05, 2018:  Marrakech – Ourika Valley – Casablanca   (Breakfast/Lunch)

Half day Ourika Valley (60 kms from Marrakech).

The Ourika Valley is situated at the foothills of the Atlas Mountains and owes its green terraces of orchards and crops to the clear fast-flowing waters of the Ourika River. The scenery and views are impressive and the area is also famous for its pottery. The valley is dotted with small villages whose pisé houses cluster together on the plateau or by the river. There will be a unique opportunity to visit a local house and see Moroccan rural life first hand.

Moroccan lunch at typical restaurant.

Depart and drive to Casablanca for your departure flight.

Royal Air Maroc flight 202  depart 9:40p.m.

 

Day 10 – Tue. Feb.06, 2018

Arrival at New York Kennedy airport at 12:45 a.m.
